Manchester United young gun Johnny
Evans is the subject of a bid from Spanish giants Barcelona.
The 21-year old centre-back has attracted interest from the
Catalan club who are prepared to pay £12million for his
services.
Barcelona were blocked earlier this year when making a move for
United’s Nemanja Vidic and are still keen to shore up their
defence.
The Northern Ireland international was often used by Sir Alex
Ferguson in the absence of Vidic or Rio Ferdinand in central
defence for the Red Devils last season.
